In this role, you will lead reliability initiatives, conduct root cause analysis, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to support safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Partnering closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams, you will use data-driven insights to improve equipment performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and support capital projects.
