51905 HROC LLC is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve asset performance, uptime, and safety across our operations. In this role, you will analyze equipment failure data, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. You will build and maintain reliability models, define critical spare-part requirements, and collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions.
The Reliability Engineer will also create standards, procedures, and KPIs, train plant personnel in reliability best practices, and drive continuous improvement projects to optimize lifecycle cost and equipment reliability.
