Position: Reliability Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to support our consumer-facing web and mobile applications on a 12+ month contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Managing and leading application reliability practices for consumer‑facing web and mobile experiences
- Working across teams to continuously analyze system performance in production, troubleshoot consumer‑reported issues, and identify areas in need of optimization
- Developing and driving real‑time monitoring solutions that provide visibility into site health and key performance indicators
- Managing IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
- 1‑3 years of progressive experience in e‑commerce software applications
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Java
- Experience with Splunk
- Experience with New Relic
- Experience with cloud computing, preferably Amazon AWS
- W2 employment only
