Are you a Mechanical Engineer from a chemical, petrochemical, refining or similar process environment looking to take ownership of major reliability projects and play a key role in the performance of a large-scale manufacturing facility?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled engineering team in a senior position where you will have significant autonomy, lead complex technical investigations and projects, and be recognized as a go-to Mechanical Engineer across the plant.

The company are an established industry leader offering a highly responsible position within a close-knit Reliability team. Due to the lean structure, you will have far greater ownership and technical influence than you would typically find within a larger, more segmented engineering department.

You will take the technical lead across both rotating and static equipment, working hands-on with Operations and Maintenance to solve complex reliability problems. Alongside troubleshooting and Root Cause Failure Analysis, you will lead equipment improvements, capital projects, commissioning activities and provide technical leadership during major turnarounds and outages.

This role would suit an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for increased technical recognition, autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the reliability and performance of a major process facility.

The Role:

• Technical lead for reliability, troubleshooting and RCFA across static and rotating equipment
• Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning and major turnaround activities
• Highly autonomous, field-focused position with significant influence across Maintenance and Operations

• Mechanical Engineer with strong process plant experience
• Experience across both rotating and static equipment
• Reliability, RCFA, turnaround and project execution experience
