Centralized Release Project ManagerOtis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Centralized Release Project Manager to support modernization projects during the front-end execution phase. This role is responsible for project setup, upfront submittals, material coordination, and order accuracy from project award through material release. The Project Manager will work exclusively with internal Otis stakeholders to ensure projects are fully prepared for successful field execution.On a typical day you will:Manage assigned projects from contract award through material release, ensuring all upfront requirements are completed accurately and on scheduleCoordinate and prepare technical submittals, drawings, and documentation required for material releaseValidate scope, configuration, and order accuracy to ensure alignment with contract documents and Otis standardsPartner closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Estimating, and Field Operations to resolve scope gaps and technical questions prior to releaseEnsure material orders are complete, accurate, and released in accordance with project schedules and internal milestonesProactively identify risks, inconsistencies, or missing information that could impact downstream executionTrack progress against key upfront deliverables and provide clear status updates to internal stakeholdersMaintain organized and accurate project documentation within Otis systemsSupport standardization and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Will Need to be Successful:2+ years of project management experience in the elevator, construction, or related technical fieldElevator/escalator industry experience preferredWorking knowledge of construction documents, submittals, and material procurementAbility to interpret architectural, structural, and elevator drawingsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process adherenceStrong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrentlyClear written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative, team-focused approach across functionsProficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Excel preferred)Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable in milestone-based environmentsHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree in engineering preferredAdditional Comments:Given the nature of the position, applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S.
