Release Of Information Specialist Ii – Baby RegistryHelp ensure newborns and their families receive accurate and timely documentation during an important life moment. In this role, you'll process birth-related records, support Social Security and birth certificate documentation, respond to requests for patient information, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Previous EPIC or EMR experience preferred.
