Release Manager with Security+ Certification

To support the modernization of a mission-critical enterprise workforce management platform, the full-time, fully remote Release Manager with Security+ Certification will manage end-to-end software deployment lifecycles, ensuring seamless scheduling, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop release calendars and deployment schedules while coordinating production deployments and cutover activities Ensure all required approvals are obtained before deployment and validate that release documentation is accurate Track release execution, manage escalations during release events, and conduct post-implementation reviews Required qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required Bachelor's degree is mandatory Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligibility for Tier III background investigation are necessary Active Security+ CE or other applicable 8570 IAT Level II certification is required 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale system change management and releases in a Federal or DoD environment
