To drive release execution and ensure readiness for CCB milestones, the full-time remote Release Manager will manage Agile workflows and utilize tracking tools like GitHub and JIRA to synchronize capability releases across all environments. Key Responsibilities: Schedule, plan, and control the software development and delivery process Oversee the Release Management lifecycle, coordinating between teams and deploying releases as scheduled Act as the primary release liaison to ensure proper coordination between Scrum and DevSecOps teams and government stakeholders Required Qualifications: Direct experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager in SAFe or scaled Agile environments Strong hands-on experience with JIRA workflows, boards, dashboards, and automation rules Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team Agile planning, risk management, and release readiness Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with eight (8)+ years in software development Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
