Release ManagerForward plan the release windows and cycles across the multifamily portfolioManage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and qualityMeasure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on timeCoordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updatesCommunicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changesManage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locationsConduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviewsProduce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation PlansWeekly Release ReportingCommunicate release details and schedules to the Business as requiredNegotiate, plan and manage all release activitiesWork with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code mergesMaintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendorsContinually work towards making improvements in the release process. Ensure that the processes and methodologies are followedLead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklistsDevelops scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platformsParticipate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocksMaintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification listsManage release dashboard (CRQ Ticket) for the EDM deployments/break fixesEnsure proper transition of the application changes to the production support team (L3)Coordinate the portfolio of deployments during the release windowRepresent MF CCB/ECCB/CAB meetings to ensure that the approvals to deploy are obtainedMaintain and communicate the Release CalendarRelease status communication using dashboardIdentify deployment dependencies within a release window, determine the application outages and communicate to the IT LeadsQualificationsPMP preferredAdvanced knowledge of software development lifecycleDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completionDemonstrated effective leadership and analytical skillsAdvanced written and verbal communication skills are a mustExpert level knowledge of ExcelAdditional InformationJob Status: Full TimeEligibility: GC or US Citizens
