Release ManagerWe are seeking a Release Manager to support the Investment Accounting platform.Role OverviewThis role bridges engineering and SaaS operations ensuring seamless, high-quality releases across a cloud-native Investment Accounting platform. The ideal candidate brings hands-on familiarity with Azure-based microservices, Kubernetes deployments, Kafka, and modern CI/CD practices. The Release Manager will drive operational excellence through strong release governance, deployment automation, and robust runbook development.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the release lifecycle including build schedules, packaging, deployment execution, and validationSupport E2E deployment and testing activities across environments, ensuring quality, stability and deployment readiness of releasesAct as a liaison with SaaS Operations teams for release planning, deployment readiness, and operational handoverCollaborate with engineering teams to streamline deployment processes and improve release efficiencyEnsure proper management of configuration and environment dependencies during releasesSupport runbook creation, updates, and operational readiness for production supportCoordinate across teams for go/no-go evaluation and tollgatesPost release monitoring to accept feedback, triage deployment issues and continued process optimizationTechnical Environment / QualificationsKnowledge of release management principles, SDLC, version control and software deploymentWorking knowledge of modern cloud-native architectures, including Azure, Kubernetes (containerized microservices), and ARGOCD-based deploymentsFamiliarity with event-driven systems (Confluent Kafka) and distributed data platformsExperience with datastores such as Snowflake, Rocks DB, and Redis cachesUnderstanding of secure configuration management (e.g., Azure Key Vault)Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Kibana and GrafanaExperience working with CI/CD pipelines driven by PR-based workflowsSalary Range:$80,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
