Then consider joining our amazing team!Location: New Castle, PA-In office role.Job Overview:The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client relationships for Professional Liability policies and ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role includes servicing accounts, handling renewals, processing new business, and maintaining accurate client data.What You'll Do:Client ManagementManage relationships for clients with Professional Liability policies (MedPro, Dentist Advantage, E&S)Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support agency retention goalsClient Service & Retention:Proactively manage assigned client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionMaintain regular client contact based on individual account needsRespond promptly to client calls and emailsAddress client questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely mannerManage all policy renewals beginning at least 90 days prior to expirationContact clients via phone and/or email to review coverage and renewal needsSales & New Business:Recommend and sell appropriate Professional Liability policiesProcess new business opportunities from Advisors and direct leads (MedPro)Manage the full lifecycle of new business from application through bindingPolicy Servicing & Administration:Enter and maintain accurate client data in agency management systemsProcess policy changes, endorsements, and updates as requested by clientsEnsure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with internal proceduresFollow all agency workflows and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring:High School Diploma or equivalentRequired-Must have an Active Property & Casualty Insurance LicenseStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skillsStrong verbal and quantitative aptitudeEffective decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)Professional phone and email etiquetteFamiliarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)High proficiency in math, typing, and general computer skillsFlexibility and adaptability to changing business needsCompensation:The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.Why EPIC:EPIC has over 60 offices and 3,000 employees nationwide – and we're growing!
