To support a growing analytical team, the full-time Reinsurance & Loss Trends Analyst will deliver insights that drive reinsurance strategy, monitor loss trends, and enhance financial performance, working either remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Key responsibilities Analyze and validate large datasets to identify performance drivers and emerging trends Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and reinsurance metrics Review reinsurance contracts for compliance and conduct analyses to support decision-making Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in an analytical, financial, risk management, or related role Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience with large datasets Experience using business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI Working knowledge of Python, R, or advanced Excel Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data analyses independently
