Responsibilities Include
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for patients.
- Overseeing patient care provided by nursing staff and other team members.
- Collaborating with departments to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Documenting patient conditions and taking appropriate actions when necessary.
- Assuming Charge Nurse duties as needed and instructing patients and caregivers on treatments, tests, and medications.
- Participating in interdisciplinary conferences, representing nursing observations, and providing emergency response when required.
- Providing ongoing education and training for nursing staff.

Qualifications And Skills
- Valid RN licensure per state requirements.
- CRRN® certification is mandatory.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- Preferably, two years of inpatient hospital or rehabilitation experience.
