CHRISTUS Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, orthopedic and other complex conditions. The RN will complete assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
