PACS is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee the rehabilitation department across one or more facilities. You will supervise licensed and support staff, schedule daily operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant care for inpatient and outpatient residents.
You will implement new rehab programs, manage documentation and billing, and collaborate with facility leadership. Travel to assigned sites may be required to support operations and staff development.
