Watertown Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation team. You will oversee development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster collaboration among our interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership and licensure in the state, with at least 1 year of rehabilitation experience and a Master’s degree in OT/PT or related field.
