To support the outpatient rehab staffing team, the casual Rehab Staffing Coordinator will provide daily staffing services, manage scheduling and staffing requests, and communicate effectively with staff and leaders, working remotely with flexible shift lengths up to 40 hours per week. Key responsibilities Provides daily staffing support and assigns workforce based on staffing guidelines and needs Creates and organizes weekend rotations and updates core staffing templates in collaboration with supervisors Processes staffing requests, time off requests, and communicates coverage information with staff Required qualifications 1 year of staffing experience
