Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing quality care to residents in a SNF setting. The position requires proficient knowledge of electronic medical records, specifically with Net Health.
Contract Details

• Start Date: September 7
• Duration: 12 Weeks
• Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 hours guaranteed per week

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) effectively to document patient care and interactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain productivity levels at 85% or higher.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems; experience with Net Health is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
