Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions in a long-term acute care and specialty setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Document patient care and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in acute care or specialty nursing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
