Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a Rehab Director to lead our on-site rehab program, serve as the primary Legacy representative at the facility, and promote our clinical programs and mission to help aging adults live safe, healthy lives.

You will oversee the rehab department, manage staff schedules, coordinate therapy programming with facility staff, and direct training to maintain high-quality patient care and compliance with state and federal standards.
