Rehab Director / Open to COTA and PTA Candidates

KILL DEVIL HILLS, NC / North Carolina – Assisted Living Facility – Hourly Position.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated COTA or PTA to serve as Rehab Director for our assisted living community. As an RD you will manage day-to-day operations, overseeing clinical care and ensuring the highest quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department.
• Provide direct clinical care and supervision of therapy staff.
• Collaborate with providers across all settings to deliver physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Full-time position, open to COTA and PTA candidates.
• Minimum of 5 years of staff therapist experience in SNF or ALF settings.
• Valid North Carolina occupational or physical therapy license.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior Rehab Director experience.
