Rehab Director / RD – Open OTA/L and SLP Candidates!

Erwin, TN – Previous RD Experience Preferred.

Position: Salaried with Quarterly Bonus Structure.

Sign‑on bonus: $4,000.00.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated therapist to serve as Rehab Director for our skilled nursing facility in ERWIN, TN. As an RD you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations and providing direct clinical care.

Requirements

• Full‑time position; open to PTA, OTA/L, or SLP.
• Tennessee license required.
• Previous management experience required.
