Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementations of the Kivo platform, including solution design and project management Manage a portfolio of accounts post-implementation, focusing on customer health, expansion opportunities, and executive alignment Facilitate customer training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the platform Required Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in customer success or implementation roles within a life-sciences SaaS environment Strong domain knowledge in Regulatory Affairs or Operations for pharmaceutical or biotech industries Experience leading software implementations in regulated environments, including project planning and go-live delivery Working knowledge of regulated industry requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11) Applied AI experience with AI models to build workflows and guide customers in their use
