The Global Regulatory Reporting team leads the process by which we report regulatory data externally to regulators in support of our payments licenses.In this role, you'll support the Global Regulatory Reporting team by partnering with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Business and Product, and Data Analytics teams across Stripe to maintain the Stripe North American regulatory reporting program. This includes understanding and documenting the applicable regulatory reporting requirements in the region, implementing systems and processes for comprehensively tracking those requirements for each of the Stripe North American entities, maintaining the end-to-end processes for the collation of data, production of reports, and continuously monitoring compliance to meet the expectations of regulators.Stripe is both a technology company and a financial services company, and you'll need to be comfortable straddling both of those worlds every day. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.The annual US base salary range for this role is $122,600 - $184,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
