Working remotely, the full-time Analyst II, Regulatory Reporting will prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), analyze transaction data, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end preparation of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), including drafting narratives and analyzing transaction data Review case files to determine reportability based on AML/CTF typologies and regulatory guidance Maintain accurate STR logs and filing metrics to support internal audits and regulatory examinations Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in regulatory/STR reporting, financial crime investigations, or compliance Bachelor's degree or equivalent supplemental work experience Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Excel) Working knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions regulations, including STR/SAR filing requirements Strong narrative writing skills for creating clear, regulator-ready filings
