Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 day remote).
Note from the manager: We are comfortable with less experience and knowledge of regulatory reporting. Instead, we would like to focus more on issue management or project management experience. A basic understanding of regulatory reporting is still preferred, but this role will be more focused on issue management.
Job Description:
Position Summary
This role provides short-term support to the Regulatory Reporting Change Management Team during regulatory remediation, process improvement, and system implementation activities. The position supports issue management, remediation tracking, Axiom implementation, governance documentation, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven materials for key regulatory reporting initiatives.
Assignment Responsibilities
This role supports Regulatory Issue Management and Axiom implementation by helping ensure issues are tracked, documented, and progressed in line with regulatory expectations, while supporting near-term process improvements such as log management, documentation updates, issue burndown activities, and Axiom Phase II objectives. Responsibilities include:
s part of the Regulatory Reporting Change Management Team within the Americas Finance Department, this role will support the following activities:

  • Support Centralized Issue Management (CIM) meetings by preparing minutes, tracking remediation updates, and identifying follow-up items.
  • Assist with issue intake and tracking through regular monitoring, follow-up, and escalation support.
  • Enhance the quality, completeness, and consistency of CIM issue documentation.
  • Support development, maintenance, and enhancements for the issue management module.
  • Support Axiom development through defect resolution support and related management reporting.
  • Maintain data integrity for regulatory issues recorded in the system throughout the assignment.
  • Support user acceptance testing for new deployments and enhancements to confirm readiness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 years of experience required.
  • Relevant experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, issue management, system implementation, or a related control function preferred.

Preferred Banking and Regulatory Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of regulatory reporting, financial products, business activities, and related systems.
  • Familiarity with Client Board and other U.S. regulatory oversight processes preferred.
  • Experience reviewing regulations for bank holding companies or intermediate holding companies is a plus.

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Axiom initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across finance, technology, and regulatory teams.
  • Experience tracking project milestones, dependencies, and risks, with proactive escalation and mitigation.
  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies for system implementation projects is a plus.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
