Building trust with state healthcare regulatory boards, the full-time remote Regulatory Partnerships Director will focus on relationship management, consultative partnership development, and operational efficiency to support Propelus's growth and compliance solutions. Key responsibilities Maintain proactive communication with assigned state regulatory boards and agencies to understand their missions and constraints Translate product capabilities into specific outcomes that enhance agency efficiency and public protection Advance opportunities through a consultative approach, aligning implementation timelines with agency deadlines Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience working directly with regulatory boards or in a healthcare regulatory environment Proven track record of building relationships within state agencies and licensing boards Project management mindset with experience in managing complex deals and RFPs Ability to navigate long decision cycles typical of government procurement Self-motivated and disciplined in managing a territory independently
