Processing documents for electronic filing with the SEC's EDGAR system, the full-time Regulatory Filing Associate will manage customer requests, compile necessary data for filings, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities: Read, review, and complete customer requests for SEC filings Research and compile data for electronic submissions of SEC form types and financial compliance documents Follow detailed workflows to ensure final documents are ready for submission to the SEC Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience with EDGAR documents and financial communications Strong understanding of SEC form types and filing requirements Familiarity with multiple filing formats including HTML, XML, and PDF Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF software
