Working remotely, the full-time Regulatory Disclosures Analyst will manage the distribution of participant disclosures for defined contribution plans, ensuring compliance with IRS/DOL regulations while analyzing and validating system data for accuracy. Key responsibilities Manage the production and distribution of required disclosures, including benefit statements and summary plan descriptions, within specified deadlines Analyze, review, and validate system data to ensure compliance and accuracy of participant notifications Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance overall processes related to disclosures Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience with IRS/DOL regulations Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting and VLOOKUP functions 1+ year of experience in the 401(k) industry is highly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification is a plus
