Regulatory Compliance Specialist | Energy Market Economic And Regulatory AnalysisProSidian is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position focused on Business Process Solutions for clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE | OP).

The role is generally located in CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.Job OverviewProvide services and support as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector. Focus on Business Process Solutions for clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE | OP). This role involves ensuring energy projects and policies comply with applicable regulations and legal requirements.Responsibilities and DutiesEnsure compliance with federal and state energy regulations. Provide guidance on energy regulations, assess impacts of policy changes, and ensure compliance with standards. Conduct public comment review, data analysis, modeling, evaluation, mapping, forecasting, and report development. Develop data tracking tools, workforce policy analysis, and convene stakeholders. Support technical consulting services for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP).QualificationsDesired qualifications for Regulatory Compliance Specialist include expertise in energy, policy, and technical consulting. Candidates typically require a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
