Retro is seeking an experienced Regulatory affairs leader to own CMC strategy and execution across cell therapies, small molecules, and AI-designed proteins. This onsite role in Redwood City reports to the Head of Regulatory Affairs and partners with Analytical Development, Process Development, and Quality.
You will lead IND/CTA dossiers, regulatory submissions, health-authority interactions, and risk mitigation, shaping scalable CMC processes in a growing biotech.
