Regulatory Affairs Specialist III

Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences and healthcare industry, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist III to join their team. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist III, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs & Product Stewardship department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong scientific judgment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $50

What's the Job?
  • Develop and implement global regulatory strategies supporting product commercialization and lifecycle management.
  • Interpret emerging global regulations and communicate their impact to various stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory submissions, product registrations, and compliance documentation processes.
  • Lead product stewardship activities, including hazard, exposure, and risk assessments throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and support new product development.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting global regulatory compliance programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of global chemical and product safety regulations such as TSCA, REACH, GHS, RoHS, and FDA requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
