Regulatory Affairs Associate IWe are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Associate I to support regulatory compliance activities for products distributed in the United States and Canada. This role will focus on reviewing product formulas and artwork for regulatory compliance, supporting product notification and registration processes, and maintaining documentation related to regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have a science background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReview product formulas to ensure compliance with US and Canada regulatory requirementsReview product artwork and labeling for regulatory complianceSupport product notification and registration processes in the US and CanadaAssist with Canada chemical regulatory oversight and compliance reviewsPrepare and maintain registration and regulatory documentationMaintain and track KPIs related to product registration and notification processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, or a related fieldCoursework or certification in Cosmetic or Drug Regulatory Affairs preferredExperience in the drug or cosmetic industry preferredAbility to quickly learn new regulatory topics and coordinate multiple tasksStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with MS Office Suite0–3 years of professional experienceAbout UsFounded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
