Regulatory Affairs AssociateEssential Job FunctionsStay abreast of evolving regulations related to dietary supplements.Seek ways to improve the speed and accuracy of completing documentation requests.Research difficult or client issues and provide recommendations and rationale to senior management and Legal.Assist in the resolution of label issues and provide advice on accept/reject decisions.Perform second reviews of product labels.Proofread formulas and finalize supplement facts information.Create and maintain files and electronic document management systems.Lead project and function-specific teams.Train junior staff and recommend outside training options.Maintain official SOPs for relevant job functions.Perform other related tasks/duties as required.Assist in training Product Development personnel on SFP/NFP requirements.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequiredMust be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)Detail-oriented, well organized, driven to meet deadlines goalsDemonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
