Supporting compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulatory requirements, the full-time Regulatory Affairs Analyst will collect, analyze, and submit data for regulatory filings, manage licensing activities, and assist with legal operations in a dynamic office environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and submit regulatory reports, tariffs, and subsidy program data while ensuring accuracy and compliance Research and manage municipal and state licensing requirements, including application tracking and renewals Provide support for litigation processes, including subpoena management and document coordination Required qualifications High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred One to three years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, or a related support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 for data tracking and reporting Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
