Supporting compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulatory requirements, the full-time Regulatory Affairs Analyst will collect, analyze, and submit data for regulatory filings, manage licensing activities, and assist with legal and regulatory operations. Key responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports to federal and state agencies, ensuring accuracy and completeness Research and manage licensing requirements, maintaining a comprehensive database and tracking renewal deadlines Assist with litigation support by processing subpoenas and coordinating document collection and tracking Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred One to three years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, or a related support role Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 for data tracking, analysis, and reporting Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
