Health Source Group is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to join our school nursing team across various school districts throughout Pennsylvania. New graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior nursing experience required!

Our network includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Psychologists, and Resource Room Teachers all working together to support the health and wellbeing of the students and communities we serve.
What You'll Do
As a full-time School Nurse, you'll provide professional nursing care to students, including:
- Conducting health screenings and monitoring vital signs
- Administering medications and first aid during school hours
- Developing individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions or special needs
- Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant medical records
- Educating students and staff on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
- Responding to medical emergencies, including CPR
- Supporting students 1:1, including those with disabilities
- Partnering with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health
What We're Looking For
- Active PA RN license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to complete PA Dept of Education fingerprinting via IdentoGO
- Up-to-date medical documentation (physical, titers, QuantiFERON)
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills
- School nursing, pediatrics, or urgent care experience a plus but not required
