To support patients in their therapy journey, the remote Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide follow-up care, conduct virtual machine setups, and troubleshoot equipment issues while ensuring effective communication and education for long-term therapy success. Key responsibilities Analyze home sleep test results and communicate findings to patients while addressing their concerns Conduct virtual setups for CPAP and BiPAP devices, ensuring proper configuration and patient understanding Monitor patient compliance data and proactively engage with patients to resolve therapy issues Required qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2-3 years of DME experience required Preferred sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) and state licensure in Oregon, New Mexico, Washington, Arizona, New Jersey, or West Virginia Familiarity with mask types, resupply guidelines, and best practices for PAP success Experience with telehealth platforms and cloud-based compliance systems Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) specific to sleep apnea care
