What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care under established protocols
- Conduct bedside medication verification using Epic
- Provide care in critical care and general hospital units
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies
- Work independently after clinical check-offs
- Mentor students and new staff
- Support hospital's mission to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
What You Need
- Valid Kansas Respiratory Therapist (RT) license
- NBRC CRT or RRT credential
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care or higher preferred
- Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- At least 6 months of critical care experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
