Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.ResponsibilitiesProvide investment options and consult securities to customers.Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend investment products.Manage customers portfolios and provide ongoing support.Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.Conduct presentations and seminars on investment topics.Maintain accurate records of transactions and customers interactions.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.ScheduleMonday to Friday during business hours.Occasional after-hours client appointments or events may be required based on client needs and performance.QualificationsBilingual in Spanish or Trilingual in Spanish and Portuguese PreferredSecurities Industry Essentials (SIE)Active FINRA registration: Series 6 or equivalent required (Series 63/65 preferred or required based on role setup).Life & Health (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) required.Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation habitsProficiency with CRM/financial software and general technology toolsHigh ethical standards, professionalism, and a compliance-first mindsetThis is a long-term, career-oriented role; we invest heavily in training, compliance, and client development and are looking for professionals committed to growing within the agency.CompensationBase: $45,000 + incentives/commissionTypical first-year: $60,000–$80,000Top performers: $100k+Additional licensing (P&C and/or advanced investment licensing) may increase income potentialBenefitsPTO/HolidaysIncentives based on productionTraining & development supportLicensing/CE support (as applicable)Compensation: $45,000.00 per yearAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We Look Forward To Speaking With You!State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
