Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain patients medical histories, to determine which sleep tests are necessary, and explain sleep study procedures.
- Before performing sleep test, calibrate recording equipment and apply electrodes to patients skin
- Use clinical data to develop a sleep study report, which is used by the physician to diagnose or evaluate sleep disorders
- Complete an approved polysomnographic education program
- Clinical experience
- RPSGT Credentials
