Key responsibilities Mentor and unify a high-performing team across quality assurance, medication policy, and business analysis Direct the prior authorization quality assurance program, including interrater reliability audits and team performance reviews Lead the strategy and technical enhancements of the prior authorization platform, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance Required qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license 10+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy within Health Plan or PBM environments 5+ years of experience supporting prior authorization platforms and rule configuration Strong background in quality assurance best practices and regulatory compliance
