Registered Occupational Therapist

Life Care Centers is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, resident-centered rehab services in our senior living community. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, document progress accurately, and contribute to discharge planning.
