REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments while closely monitoring patient progress. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support safe transitions, educate patients and families, and promote functional recovery.
