RespectAdultDayHealthCare LLC in Winchester, MA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated licensed Registered Nurse to join our care team. Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for adult day health participants
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams, physicians, and family members
• Provide health education and wellness guidance to participants and caregivers
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line clinical intervention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and compliance records

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience in geriatric, adult day health, or community-based care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to serving the adult population
