Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll complete comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized rehab nursing care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, and case managers—to optimize functional outcomes and safe discharges. RNs also educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, uphold infection control and safety standards, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture with opportunities for career growth.
