Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Registered Nurse Virtual Care (NC) will monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with care teams while engaging in professional governance and quality initiatives during night shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients Monitors patient conditions and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes Engages in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices Required qualifications Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
