REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide specialized, patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team, and educating patients and families.
