Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered long-term and post-acute care. The RN will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include monitoring clinical status, documenting in EMR, educating residents and families, and supporting quality and safety initiatives.
