Position: Registered Nurse - RN Unit Manager
Role Summary: Responsible for supervising nursing staff, managing resident care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications & Skills
- Current NY RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in LTC/Rehab setting
- At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience
- Knowledge of MDS 3.0, DOH/CMS regulations, and EHR systems
- Strong management, communication, and attention to detail skills
